Chevron Conveyor Belting is used in the application where the Inclination angle is too high and the conveying material is rolling back, we are offering Chevron Conveyor belting to prevent the material from sliding backwards.

Rough Top Belts

Rough top belts are used for transportation of packed materials. We are offering these belt to handle material packed in poly bags for cement factory, fertilizer plant and feedmills etc. These belts are available in all grade and sizes.

Cover Selection

Conveyor Belts are manufactured with the following cover grades to the meet requirement of specific applications

M-24	Suitable for rugged services as crushed metallic ores, limestone, granite etc.
N-17	Suitable for moderately abrasives like Asbestos, Ash Bauxite Cement, lime etc.
HR T1	Suitable for transporting hot material (Upto 125°C for coarse material and 100°C for fines)
HR T2	Suitable for transporting hot material (Upto 150°C for coarse and 125°C for fines)
SHR T3	Suitable for transporting hot material (Upto 180°C coarse and 150°C for fines)
UHR(Ultra Heat Resistant)	Suitable for transporting hot material ( upto 230°C coarse and 180°C for fines )
Oil Resistant(or)	Compounded to give very high resistance to minerals & vegetable oil etc.
Food Conveyor(Hygienic)	Suitable for handling confectionary, food, pharmaceuticals etc.
Fire Resistant(FR)	Recommended for use in coal & such types of mines where ambient temperature may not be high but there is distinct hazard of belts being enveloped in fire.
